WARRANTY & RMA TERMS:

  1. All products sold by us have carry-in warranty only. The buyer is responsible for paying both side shipping charges for RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) products outside our policy window.
  2. On-site warranty is only provided within the brand’s service reach. If the buyer’s area is outside the brand’s reach, the warranty service automatically changes to carry-in service.
  3. Our shipping service for returning RMA products does not cover insurance for damage caused during transit, and we are not liable for any such damage.
  4. When “Direct Warranty” or “Manufacturer Warranty” is mentioned, it means that the warranty is directly provided by the manufacturer or distributor. We have no legal or financial liability for such warranties. If there are any issues in claiming the warranty, the buyer can contact us for assistance.
  5. To avail warranty service for products, we request the customer to provide a copy of our invoice when reporting any service problems.
  6. Goods will be accepted for warranty repair or replacement only if they are in good physical
  7. Products with broken or burnt pins, pen or pencil markings, cracks, missing or tampered components, or damaged warranty stickers will be rejected and considered warranty void under the aforementioned conditions.
  8. The duration of RMA or warranty claims is determined by the brand’s policy. Delays in the process should not be argued with us, as we have no control over them. Our role is to assist in getting the product serviced or replaced.
  9. Warranty is void for damage caused by mishandling of equipment or any other reasons that result in damage to the product, such as lack of knowledge, improper handling, or electricity problems, unless the product would have been damaged under normal conditions.
  10. Warranty only covers manufacturing defects according to the manufacturer’s warranty policy. If the manufacturer has a local service center, customers must directly approach the service center with their purchase details for warranty claims.
  11. Products under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer’s or supplier’s warranty policy.
  12. We reserve the right to reject materials received for warranty if they are missing accessories, manuals, software CDs/DVDs, or outer box packaging.
  13. Any service-related disputes or problems should be addressed directly to the manufacturers or distributors. We are not responsible for any litigation in this regard.
  14. Warranty service will be provided only if full payment is made by the due date.
  15. The RMA or warranty claim service is not guaranteed for a lifetime. It is a special service provided by us to assist customers who face difficulties in claiming their warranty or do not have access to a local service center. We reserve the right to revoke this service without prior notice.
