Shipping & Delivery Policy
- Domestic orders are shipped using registered domestic courier companies or speed post. The shipment will be delivered within 15 working days or as per the agreed-upon delivery date at the time of order confirmation, subject to the norms of the courier company or post office.
- SiVerce Solutions (OPC) Private Limited is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. However, we guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the order and payment date, or as per the agreed-upon delivery date.
- All orders will be delivered to the buyer’s registered address associated with the credit/debit card used for the purchase, unless specified otherwise at the time of ordering.
- SiVerce Solutions (OPC) Private Limited is not liable for any damage to the order during transit to the buyer.
- Secure and efficient payment gateways are used by SiVerce Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, accepting all major cards.

Calculation of Delivery Charge for Multiple Units and Some Products:
- The delivery charge is determined based on the weight of the product.
- When multiple products are ordered from the same category, the total weight of all units is calculated, and a single delivery fee is charged.
- For example, if a customer orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms, they will be charged a single delivery fee for a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. They will not be charged for three separate consignments weighing less than 500gms each.
- The delivery charge, inclusive of the product’s weight, is automatically added to the product cost during the payment stage.
