SALE TERMS:

  1. It is important to note that “siverce.com” or its parent company, SiVerce Solutions (OPC) Private Limited, is a marketing and distribution company and not a manufacturer.
  2. The buyer certifies that their registration certificate under the TNGST Act 1959 is valid on the date of the sale.
  3. Our responsibility ends once the goods leave our warehouse.
  4. We provide GST invoices for all products sold, and we do not sell products without a GST invoice. Buyers can request their company’s GST number to be included on the invoice by mentioning it in the comment box during the ordering process. Additionally, the buyer needs to provide the 3 pages of GST certificate of their company for GST invoicing.
  5. If the buyer cancels the order before shipping, a convenience fee of 2% will be deducted. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation fee will be 5% if the buyer cancels the order. If the buyer wants to modify the order after it has been shipped, a 3% fee will be deducted. No charges apply for modifying the order before shipping. These charges will be adjusted from the refund amount if the buyer opts for a refund. The refund will be initiated upon receiving the product in the same condition as it was shipped.
  6. If the payment was made using Bajaj EMI, a 5% deduction will be applied to the order value/total amount in case of buyer-initiated order cancellations.
  7. The materials sold are computer spares and components and do not constitute a complete system unless specified as a “New PC System.”
  8. Any special usage of products in abnormal environments, other than normal usage, should be informed at the time of purchase. Failure to do so may void the warranty.
  9. Ignorance of the terms and conditions does not waive the customer’s responsibility.
  10. For gaming chairs, only part replacement is applicable in case of defective or damaged products. No refunds will be given for gaming chair orders.
  11. For “Dead on Arrival” products, the buyer must ensure that all parts and accessories are present in the box that comes with the product. Failure to do so will result in non-acceptance as a DOA case and will be treated as an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  12. Warranty does not cover physical damage, mishandling of products, or tampering with warranty stickers. Qualified PC hardware engineers are required for the installation of all products sold by us.
  13. mdcomputers.in reserves the right to cancel any orders related to price or stock issues.
  14. Disputes arising from this sales contract shall be decided exclusively by the court in Kolkata.
