Cancellation Policy

Cancelling an order is hassle-free and can be done through multiple channels. You can use the cancellation request option in the order panel, send us an email, or give us a call to cancel your order.

 

If the buyer cancels the order, the convenience fee charged on the order is non-refundable. However, if we cancel the order, the entire order amount will be refunded. The convenience fee is only applicable if the buyer chooses to cancel the order and requests a refund.

 

If the buyer cancels the order before shipping, a convenience fee of 2% will be deducted from the refund amount. Once the order has been shipped, the cancellation fee increases to 5% if the buyer cancels the order. If the buyer wants to modify the order after shipping, a fee of 3% will be deducted. No charges apply for modifying the order before shipping. These fees will be adjusted from the refund amount. Refunds will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as it was shipped.

 

The aforementioned charges only apply if the buyer initiates such requests. No charges will be applicable if these steps are initiated by us.
